We’re back in our hometown of Toronto just in time for the holidays — and apparently just in time for the first major snowfall of the year. We got some ten inches of snow dumped on us yesterday and there’s reportedly another storm brewing tonight. I actually heard a TV reporter use the term “Snow-aggedon” today, and while that might be a slight exaggeration, I have to say it’s been quite the unexpected welcome home.
We’re keeping busy while we’re in town. We just did an interview with Rogers TV yesterday and have a couple of meetings and shoots set-up over the next few weeks. Hopefully we’ll also get a chance to check out some of the new shops and bookstores downtown, and maybe even convince them to start stocking our magazine! Got any suggestions as to where we should go?
Other than that, it’s plenty of time with family and friends and maybe a Cafe Crepe run or two. We love New York, but it’s nice to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city and come back home for some R&R. Now if we could just find a way to stay warm…
