Ksubi’s 2010 Eyewear Line Hits The Books

Though its roots are in premium denim, Australian fashion label Ksubi is quickly making its mark as a purveyor of fine eyewear as well. Ksubi’s 2010 eyewear collection is titled “Book Club,” and features 13 unisex frames that mix vintage shapes and looks with a futuristic pop art and punk-inspired edge. Available in everything from metal to plastic, the frames are architectural and modern (super flat and super straight or super curved), without being overly trendy or over-the-top. Ksubi has also purposely left the frames unpolished and raw, giving them a more modern touch. As for the colors and styles available, Ksubi’s introducing some new, soon-to-be signature designs like “leopard tortoiseshell,” a layered navy, “ivory frosts” and fuchsia.
